Talia Gruber is a PsyD student in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University. She grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and completed her Bachelor of Science in psychology at Michigan State University. Talia provides individual and group services for children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her clinical training includes the use of evidence-based interventions, aimed at building adaptive coping skills and emotion regulation across the lifespan.
Talia has cultivated a focus in disordered eating and body image, particularly as it relates to childhood development and caregiver messaging. She has presented at national and international conferences in her area of expertise. Most recently, she provided individual and family services in independent private practice.
During her free time, Talia enjoys figure skating, spending time with her dog and cat, and volunteering in the community.
