Payton is a doctoral student pursuing a Psy.D. in clinical psychology at Northern Arizona University and a pre-doctoral clinician at DBT Arizona. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in family and human development from Arizona State University. Payton’s experience includes individual therapy for children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is also experienced in working with children and adolescents diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disabilities such as autism and ADHD.
When not engaged in clinical work, Payton enjoys reading, writing, playing the violin, and spending time with friends and family.
