Meryl is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Arizona State University. Prior to ASU, she attended Mills College and the University of California, Irvine, where she studied Psychology and Fine Art. Meryl provides individual and group services for adolescents and adults. Her expertise is in mindfulness, self-compassion, coping, and emotion regulation. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented at national and international scientific conferences.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, and spending time with her Persian cat, Pepero.
