
Austin is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Arizona State University. She is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and attended UCLA prior to beginning her graduate studies at ASU. Austin provides individual and group services for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 18-25). Most recently, she completed clinical training at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where she worked primarily with children and families exposed to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Her expertise is in treatment of individuals with histories of trauma and adversity. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented at numerous scientific conferences.
In her spare time, Austin enjoys taking barre classes, seeing live music, and spending time with her husband and pets.
