Dr. Aranda
Brenda Aranda, Ph.D is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at DBT Arizona. Dr. Aranda is also currently an Assistant professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix, and an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University (ASU) & an adjunct professor at Midwestern University. Dr. Aranda received her postdoctoral training at Harbor University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center and Pre-doctoral training at the University of Southern California (USC) Medical School/ Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). She has also co-authored and published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and chapters.

Monique Oglesby, Psy D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at DBT Arizona. Dr. Oglesby works with a variety of conditions common to children, adolescents, and adults including trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidality, and nonsuicidal self injury (NSSI) and related concerns. Dr. Katrina Castro is a licensed clinical psychologist working with DBT Arizona. Dr. Castro received her doctoral training at Biola University in Southern California. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Michigan and she completed her postdoctoral residency training at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California.

Betsy Varkey, PhD is a post-doctoral trainee at DBT Arizona. She completed her doctoral training in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Dr. Varkey completed her predoctoral internship at Harmonium, Inc in San Diego conducting individual, family and group therapy with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting issues.

Brianna Pepiton, PsyD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at DBT Arizona, specializing in trauma, addiction, and chronic mental health challenges. With expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps clients build resilience, manage emotions, and develop practical coping skills. Her experience in forensic psychology, assessment, and clinical supervision informs her compassionate, evidence-based approach to care.

Gabi Fabrikant is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Arizona State University and a Pre-doctoral clinician at DBT Arizona. She is originally from Denver, Colorado, and completed her Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Southern California.
